Who you are buying from

Thicket Goods is a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. When you buy from us, this is who you are dealing with.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and shown in full at checkout, with nothing added at the last step. Payment is taken securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through.

Delivery

UK delivery takes 7 to 15 days on most items. Two lines ship from a UK warehouse and usually arrive in 2 to 5 working days. Each product page says which warehouse it ships from. Full detail is on our Delivery & Returns page.

Returns and your rights

If something is not right for you, send it back within 30 days for a refund, unused and in its original packaging. None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which always apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
