Thicket Goods is run by one person, in the UK. That means no call centre and no corporate script. It also means we are honest about the parts most shops hide. Some items ship from a UK warehouse and land in a few days. Others come further and take 7 to 15 days. When something takes a bit longer, we say so on the page, because a short wait for the right thing beats a fast delivery of the wrong one.
